Here are Royal Kim Maintenance, we mostly provide service to clients in San Antonio, TX. On occasion, we also provide commercial cleaning services to San Marcos, TX.
What should I do before Royal Kim Maintenance arrives?
Great question! For post-construction cleanups we ask that you make sure all of the work with the contractor is complete and the site is prepped for cleaning. For any commercial janitorial services, we ask that you move whatever furniture necessary in order for us to clean your area effectively.

What if my scheduled cleaning service falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning service falls on a holiday, we are still more than willing to help. Royal Kim Maintenance is typically closed on major holidays, but we are willing to take a job to satisfy the needs of our clients. If there is an emergency, we will be there!
What do you not clean?
Royal Kim Maintenance will clean whatever you need us to clean. We leave no stone unturned!
How does the billing process work?
The billing process is pretty simple with our company. We send out invoices for the services rendered and we require that you pay your bill within 30 days of receiving said invoice. Should you have any questions, please contact out office at (210) 599-2477. Our office is open 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Do you provide residential and commercial cleaning services?
Unfortunately, we do not do perform any residential cleaning services. We only provide commercial cleaning services.
